Status of Active UK Campaigns

If you are searching your PlayStation App for fresh campaign objectives, check-in prompts, or game-launch challenges, your feed will remain empty. New program memberships closed on May 21, 2025. Following that change, Sony set a final operational cutoff for milestone completion on July 23, 2025.

No active campaigns remain live for UK accounts or global regions. Any past milestone requirements—such as launching specific monthly titles or earning designated trophies—ceased tracking when the cutoff passed. Trying to trigger campaign completions on modern PS5 or PS4 titles will yield no points or digital collectibles.

Redeeming Points for PSN Wallet Funds

Although earning is disabled, existing members who accepted the revised terms can spend their bank of points. You must redeem points through the official PlayStation App before the final termination date on November 2, 2026.
